Starting tomorrow (1/26/11) we are trying out a new system that will give a reminder call to patients who are behind on their vaccines or need a well-child check up.
We are hoping the system does a fantastic job, but there are always glitches. If you get a call but are pretty sure your child is up to date, go ahead and give us a call and leave a message for the medical assistant. They will double check your child’s vaccines record and call you back. (We have over 300 calls that will be going out in the next week, so if we don’t get back to you right away….forgive us. We will call you before we close at 8:00 pm.)
Hopefully this will help our patients stay healthy, and take one thing off your plate.
