We are hoping the system does a fantastic job, but there are always glitches. If you get a call but are pretty sure your child is up to date, go ahead and give us a call and leave a message for the medical assistant. They will double check your child’s vaccines record and call you back. (We have over 300 calls that will be going out in the next week, so if we don’t get back to you right away….forgive us. We will call you before we close at 8:00 pm.)
